History:
La Cojoba India previously operated as grocery store, bar and snack bar. When they moved to another location, they changed the concept to Restaurant and Bar since they wanted to continue the tradition of the new establishment that has a history of around 60 years as “La Parada Choferil”. La Cojoba has been in operation for 11 years. Its current owner Julio A. Vega worked for two years as an employee and on November 1, 2010 he took over the reins of the business between the old location and the current location. Julio tells us that they have always run their business in a family way. His parents, his wife and even his children help him work every day.
