Edgar de Jesús, better known in our town with great affection as El Gato, has been in the fast food industry for more than 30 years.

He started his first Hot Dog business 🌭 around 1992. He worked for 22 years at McDonald’s as a Manager and then decided to continue with his initial venture by relocating to Highway 149 for 8 years.

It is called Hot Dog Manía El Gato in honor of his grandfather who was called El Gato and Edgar. They said the Kitten. Today Edgar inherited this nickname. #meal His specialty is Hot Dogs, which he prepares with a lot of love and dedication. It also sells hamburgers.
