History: For more than 16 YEARS Pedro Rivera Gonzalez and Gloria Ester Camacho Zayas have provided services in the gastronomy industry. Evolving little by little, they acquired experience and skills, managing businesses such as Jayuyano in Vega Baja in 2006, Chimelis 445 in Ciales and Jayuyano de las Parcelas Marias in Ciales. With the arrival of the pandemic, the Jayuyano business in Ciales was closed for a year because the type of permit it had did not allow it to operate. But when one door closes another opens. Jayuyano and Gogi or Mrs. Jayuyano as we affectionately know her, are presented with the opportunity to acquire Vista Las Cañas Bar Restaurante in the Cialitos neighborhood. They have currently been operating for 6 months and serving with the affection that characterizes our field. Pedro is known as Jayuyano since he was raised in the Mameyes neighborhood of Jayuya, a sister town in the center of the island, and has been living in Ciales for 11 years.
